Bonterra, the line of household paper products manufactured by Kruger Products, has renewed its partnership with ocean cleanup company 4ocean. The ocean plastic crisis.
The enhanced partnership, announced on World Oceans Day this year, will help 4ocean increase its shared plastic removal pledge to 100,000lb annually from its previous target of 10,000lb.
According to Kruger, this is equivalent to removing more than 4.5 million plastic water bottles from the world’s oceans.
Susan Irving, Kruger’s chief marketing officer, said: “This World Oceans Day, we are proud to support our partners at 4Ocean more than ever in their work to clean our oceans with this powerful new commitment.

To achieve the new goal, 4ocean has found new and cost-effective ways to transport and deliver collected materials, increase its vessel fleet and expand additional river cleanups.
