New liveries coming out for Dixon, Power, VeeKay, Blomqvist

Two multiple NTT INDYCAR Series champions, a series veteran and a series rookie all took the cards Monday, Feb. 26, from the liveries they've sported at various times this season as the 2024 opener approaches.

The primary liveries for six-time series champion Scott Dixon and two-time series champion Will Power were unveiled. The season-opening Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Fund on Sunday, March 10 will feature race winner Rinus VeeKay and select other races will be shown for the first time. Two primary liveries were also shown for newcomer Tom Blomqvist.

Dixon will drive the No. 9 PNC Bank Chip Ganassi Honda as he aims to tie fellow legend AJ Foyt with a seventh straight title. Dixon finished second to teammate Alex Ballou in scoring last season.

No. starting in St. Petersburg. 12 Verizon Business Group will be the power behind the wheel of Penske Chevrolet. Verizon has sponsored Power throughout his full-time career with Team Penske, beginning in 2010. It is one of the most recognized driver-sponsor pairings in series history and the longest continuous driver-partner partnership on the current NTT INDYCAR SERIES grid. .

Rhinus WeikeVeeke, who won the Soncio Grand Prix in 2021 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course, will begin his fifth season in the series and with Ed Carpenter Racing in the No. 20 will start with askROI's sponsorship with Chevrolet.

The week car for the 108th Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge on Sunday, May 26 will also feature that company's livery.

Blomqvist, in his first full season in the NTT INDYCAR Series, won the No. 66 Mayer will compete in a Shank Racing Honda, with two different liveries split between races, one featuring longtime team partner SiriusXM on the sides and Arctic Wolf prominently on the other.
