Cardi B Gives Offset Props For 'Starting Fresh, Focusing’ – Billboard

Cardi B Husband gave offset Props to her this weekend to be her own man and push her to do things her way. „So proud of my baby!!” the Migos member and solo star Cardi wrote on Sunday evening (Oct. 22).

„Going against all odds… leaving his label, starting fresh, focusing and not letting anything break… he did it!” she added. The „Bongos” MC then added „MY TURN” implicitly.

In August, Offset settled his lawsuit against Quality Control Music, which helped launch him and Migos to superstardom. TMZ reported that Offset will not be working with QC moving forward as a solo artist and that „all disputes and differences have been ironed out.” A year ago, Kiari Cephus, born MC, filed papers in Los Angeles seeking a declaratory judgment that „Quality Control has no rights, title, or interest in Offset’s records” since he bought out his contract with the company in 2021. Despite purchasing the rights to his solo works at the time, QC continued to claim ownership over his recordings.
