Ballot system for Arsenal members

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for home fixtures will be sold exclusively to Arsenal members via a ballot system.

Here’s how it works:

For each home match, there will be a designated window for members to enter the ballot. You can choose to register individually or as a group of 4 members if all sponsors in the group meet the required requirements. There is no rush to enter the ballot as you can enter at any point during the registration window and your chances of winning will remain the same.

For both silver and red votes, you can register your interest in voting for your group in the family-oriented area. This area is located between block 28, 29 and half of block 30. Please note that your request is not guaranteed and is determined based on availability and group requirements, and you can vote for your group in any area of ​​your choice. Your application.

If you are an Eligible Member, you will be able to select two preferred invoices during the registration process for Silver and Red Member Votes. If you don’t win both of your preferred price bands, you can choose to vote in any of the remaining areas and a choice of price bands will be offered for all Premier League matches. Please note that this option may not be offered for cup fixtures depending on the requirements of the event and this will be confirmed on the relevant ticket information page for each match.

Ticket Exchange & Ticket Exchange

Only members who have failed ballots will have access to the ticket exchange service. This service may also be opened to other members prior to the game and these details will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page.

Once Friday voting closes, ticket exchange service will be prioritized for unsuccessful Friday members. All failed members will have access to the ticket exchange service once the red ballot is over.

Arsenal season ticket holders will have the ability to transfer their tickets to friends and family.

Both ticket exchange and ticket transfer services will be closed 3 hours Before the advertised kick-off time, unless otherwise stated and those receiving tickets through a ticket exchange service must accept the ticket exchange before the deadline.

Digital tickets

Tickets purchased by Arsenal members for the 2024/25 season will be loaded onto their Digital Membership Pass.

Members can download their Digital Pass from the official Arsenal app. Once Digital Pass is added to Apple or Android wallet, purchased tickets will automatically show up in Digital Pass one week prior to the relevant match – More info.

Any new members who purchase their membership near a venue will be sent their tickets via an email link if their digital pass is not yet available on the Arsenal app.

Tickets accepted through the Ticket Transfer Service will be sent to recipients by email.

Under 14 years of age

Matches at the Emirates Stadium require children aged 13 and under to be seated at a distance from an adult aged 18 or over.
