Jokingly in the video, the star admits: 'The more I get into it the more I realize how boring I really am’.
After letting the dogs out and hitting the gym, the star gets ready for her little one’s wake as she admits to all the 'mommy guilt’ hugs she can before heading to work.
Never one to take herself too seriously, Stacey opens the video with her candid caption: 'I love watching other people do these things. Everyone usually starts by turning off the alarm, but I don’t know how on earth they do that magic without another phone.
’I don’t have another phone, so you’ll have to take my word for it.’
As the sun begins to rise, Stacey is already in her makeshift garage gym as she gets in a workout earlier in her day.
Filmed running on a treadmill, the star joked: 'I ran for my absolute life like I was being chased by the police because I filmed it and wanted to be fitter than I actually was.
’I can honestly say it throws me off.’
The star’s four-legged friends Teddy and Peanut then covered Stacey in kisses as she lay exhausted on the floor, preventing her from stretching.
After the workout, the host went into the shower and admitted, 'Obviously I need to get rid of that showerhead because it’s making water go everywhere.’
Washing her hair, she joked: 'I tried to do one of those cute shower videos but I look like a freak.’
Following the routine she brushes her teeth and oils her locks, 'this is my favorite thing’, and she is dressed and ready to go only at a quarter to six.

The couple are parents to three children Rex, four, Rose, 22 months, and Belle, six months, and share Stacey’s sons Zach, 15, and Leighton, 11, from her previous relationships.
