A new ballot system for Arsenal members

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for home Premier League matches will be sold to Arsenal members through an exclusive ballot system. For each competition, there is a designated window for members to register individually or as a group (provided all members of the group meet the requirements for the relevant ballot).

Time doesn’t matter when entering our ballot, whether you’re an early bird or a last-minute entrant, your chances of winning are the same. The important factor is to submit your entry while the window is open.

Ballot Improvements

From the Arsenal v Liverpool Premier League match, members can select up to two optional tickets during the registration process. If you are not successful in your preferred price list, you can also select what you want to vote for in the remaining areas. A selection of tickets will be offered for all Premier League matches. Please note this may not be available for cup fixtures depending on event requirements and will be confirmed in the relevant ticket information for each fixture.

Family Enclosure Ballot

The family enclosure is a designated seating area for junior gunner members and senior civilian members. To successfully purchase a family envelope ballot, Silver and Canon Silver members must have a Junior Gunner member, with a maximum ratio of two adults to one Junior Gunner member.

Please note: Junior Gunners members aged 13 and under must be registered on the ballot with an adult member aged 18 and over. Any ballot applications that do not meet these criteria cannot be purchased.

Once the ballot process is complete, an email will be sent to all applicants regardless of the result. Successful candidates will be a 24 hour window Buy tickets specifically for the family enclosure. To secure your tickets in this area, it is essential to complete the purchase within this deadline.

Adult Red and Cannon Red members attending with a Junior Gunner member can also register for tickets in the family enclosure during this period (one Adult Red/Canon Red member per Junior Gunner member). Red senior members can also apply. This service No The regular family bracket is available through the ballot, but via the link above. Please note, Cannon Red members must be 18 or over to be accompanied by a Junior Cannon member under 14.

Silver and Red Ballot

To participate in the voting for silver and red membership tickets, you must authorize the payment card. If your application is successful, the payment card you provide will be automatically charged and the tickets will be allotted to you. When the ballot page is open, it will display the range of invoices available for your reference. Please note that successful candidates will be allotted seats in the preferred prizeband/s selected. If any of the choices are not available, the remaining areas will have choices to vote on.

After the voting process is over, unsuccessful and successful candidates will be sent by email. Please note that a booking fee will be charged for this service. In cases where the number of ballot entries for a competition does not exceed the number of tickets available, all members who entered the ballot will win tickets.

Important:

• If your payment card is declined, your ballot application will fail.
• New RED members will be eligible to enter the relevant ballots approximately 48 hours after purchasing membership.

New improvements in ticket exchange

We are making changes to the way Ticket Exchange works to ensure tickets are used by genuine Arsenal supporters and members. With effect from the Liverpool Premier League ballot on 15 December 2023, ticket exchange access will only be granted to members who initially failed the ballot. Exchange may be opened to other members prior to the game; This will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page.

These failed members will be offered the opportunity to purchase tickets through Ticket Exchange during their membership sale period.

If the Silver ballot fails, Silver members will have priority access to the ticket exchange. Once the red poll is over, all failed members will have access to the ticket exchange.

Members will not be able to access Ticket Exchange during the exclusive period:

• Not entered on the ballot.
• won the poll (regardless of whether their ticket was resold on a ticket exchange)
• Have a membership number that has been suspended or banned for suspicious activity

If a member is unable to attend a match that has won a poll and the match is sold out, we have the option to post their ticket on our ticket exchange platform. This will allow other fans to buy tickets and enjoy the match. This ticket information page will be updated once the fixture is sold out and the ticket exchange service is available.

A ticket exchange service is available for season ticket holders to use as soon as the game is available online (approximately 4-8 weeks prior to a game).

Both ticket exchange and ticket exchange services close 3 hours prior to the match and those receiving tickets through the ticket exchange service must have accepted the ticket before this deadline. Please see more information Ticket exchange And Ticket exchange.

Digital tickets

All tickets purchased by Arsenal members for the 2023/24 season will be loaded onto their Digital Membership Pass.

Members can download their Digital Pass from the official Arsenal app. Once Digital Pass is added to Apple or Android wallet, purchased tickets will automatically show up in Digital Pass one week prior to the relevant match – More info.

Any new members who purchase their membership near a venue and their digital pass is not yet available on the Arsenal app will be sent their tickets via an email link.

Tickets accepted through the Ticket Transfer Service will be sent to recipients by email.

Junior Gunner members can only purchase tickets outside the family enclosure once this area is sold out.

Under 14 years of age

Children under the age of 14 must sit at a distance from an adult aged 18 or over during matches at the Emirates Stadium. Please note that if bookings for Junior Gunners members under 14 years of age breach safety regulations, the ticket in question will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
