Tammin Surchok shared a teary-eyed video of her husband Sean McEwan giving her a very special present for her 40th birthday.
The former Home and Away star, who is holidaying with her family in Bali, took to Instagram on Saturday to share the big news.
’My husband gave me a present for my birthday.’ she told the camera, wiping away tears in the happy moment.
’This is it,’ she added, before sharing a photo of the adorable white puppy with a pink ribbon around its neck.
„After losing our puppy, Pinky is waiting for us,” she wrote.
This comes after Tammin revealed why he worries about turning 40.

’I think the fear of turning 40 makes me want to work less. I remember my first child and they said I was no longer a genius – I was 29 years old.
Tammin has been honest about her body image struggles in the past, admitting to being 'wanted and wanted’ as a young woman and struggling with an eating disorder.
The actress took to her Instagram to post a series of heartbreaking stories to mark International Women’s Day, reflecting on the devastating effects she has suffered from being ignored by men.
The first story she shared was about a boy she liked when she was 15 who told her she needed to lose weight.
She revealed that she was 'paralyzed with fear and lust’ when he approached her: 'My heart stopped. I’ve daydreamed for years that this moment would come.’
But her dream was shattered when the boy cruelly told her: 'You must go to Jenny Craig. [weight loss program].’
Tammin lives in Nashville with husband Sean McEwen and their two daughters, nine-year-old Phoenix and four-year-old Lennon.
