Savage expects more Man Utd misery; Liverpool vs Arsenal…

Robbie Savage expects Manchester United and Newcastle United to lose as he tries to predict the exact score of each Premier League fixture in Week 18.

Planet Sport Ambassador Savage takes over F365, TEAMtalk and Tipstrr again as we all try to correctly predict every score in the Premier League for the finals before Christmas.

The *best* derby in the Premier League kicks off on Thursday night at Selhurst Park as Crystal Palace host Brighton. Then on Friday evening, Aston Villa have a chance to go top of the table as they face Sheffield United at home.

After a surprising goalless draw at Anfield, Man Utd face West Ham at 12:30pm on Saturday with Fulham vs Burnley, Luton Town vs Newcastle United, Notre Dame vs AFC Bournemouth and Tottenham vs Everton kicking off at 3pm.

It’s big when Arsenal travel to Anfield to play Liverpool at 5:30pm on Saturday. A win for either side will see them top of the Premier League at Christmas.

Last but not least, after qualifying for the Carabao Cup semi-finals, Chelsea are back in action at Molineux on Christmas Eve when they take on Wolves at 1pm.

Crystal Palace v Brighton

F365: Crystal Palace 1-1 Brighton

Robbie: Note the fact that Brighton are unbeaten in their last four Premier League games against Crystal Palace.

Palace want to win. Brighton is a great football team. Is this game a derby? It’s a competition.

I think Brighton will beat this one. Both teams need to score but I’m going with Brighton.

Robbie Biggs: Crystal Palace 1-2 Brighton

Group Talk: Crystal Palace 2-2 Brighton

Notes: Crystal Palace 2-1 Brighton

Aston Villa vs Sheffield United

F365: Aston Villa 4-0 Sheff Utd

Robbie: The last time Sheffield United won a league game at Villa Park was in 1966.

Villa, if they win, will make it a remarkable 16 consecutive Premier League games at Villa Park. I can see that happening.

Sheffield United have improved a bit under Chris Wilder. But Aston Villa, their home form is unbelievable.

Robbie Biggs: Aston Villa 3-0 Sheff Utd

Group Talk: Aston Villa 3-0 Sheff Utd

Notes: Aston Villa 3-0 Sheff Utd

West Ham vs Manchester United

F365: West Ham 1-2 Man Utd

Robbie: First and foremost, what a job David Moyes has done with West Ham. They’re on a roll, they’re in the top 10. All statistics suggest that West Ham will win this game.

Manchester United’s away form in the Premier League has not been great, especially against teams in the top 10.

Also, check out their record in London. They have won just two of their last 12 games in the capital.

I will say West Ham will win this game. I think they are on a roll and they are playing good football.

[Lucas] bucket, [Mohammed] Kudus. Bagetta and Gudus with two goals and hat trick assists. They’ve got Bowen, they’ve got a lot of good players. I’m going to go with the West Ham win

Tottenham Hotspur vs Everton

F365: Tottenham 1-1 Everton

Robbie Biggs: Tottenham 2-2 Everton

Liverpool vs Arsenal

F365: Liverpool 2-1 Arsenal

Robbie: Clash over the table. Arsenal like to concede goals against Liverpool. In the last 15 meetings in the Premier League, they have conceded 43 goals. That’s an average of 2.8 goals per game. I think it has goals.

Watching Manchester United vs Liverpool. Thirty-five shots, they are frustrated, they are shooting from a distance. I think it will be more of an open game.

Arsenal will go for it, they will be more on the front foot. I think there will be goals in this game.

Gabriel Jesus, Martinelli, Saga. Liverpool’s front three, is it Nunez, Salah, Diaz? Both teams have several attacking options. I think that’s why goals exist. I’m going to go to Arsenal with a win.

Wolves Vs Chelsea

F365: Wolves 0-2 Chelsea

Robbie: Nkunku’s return to Chelsea is a big plus for them. We look at their attacking options. He made his debut, he came on the pitch. It’s huge for Chelsea.

Chelsea won the league last time out and reached the EFL Cup semi-finals, could that be the turning point? I’ll go with a Chelsea win.
