The International Cricket Council (ICC) today announced an exciting partnership, with MasterCard becoming the global partner for the ICC Men’s World Cup 2023, which will be held in India from 5 October to 19 November 2023.

The ICC is the global governing body of cricket. Representing 108 members, the ICC governs and administers the game and is responsible for conducting major international competitions, including the ICC World Test Championship Final, the ICC Men’s and Women’s Cricket World Cups, T20 World Cups and all associated qualifying tournaments.
The ICC presides over the ICC Code of Conduct, which sets professional standards of discipline, playing conditions, bowling reviews and other ICC regulations for international cricket. The laws of the game will be under the auspices of the MCC.
The ICC appoints umpires and umpires in all sanctioned Test matches, One Day Internationals and T20 Internationals. Coordinates action against corruption and match-fixing through the Integrity Unit.
