Toss: Afghanistan Opt for bowling vs Sri Lanka

Afghanistan have won the toss and elected to bowl in the second T20I against Sri Lanka at Pallekele, perhaps expecting the snow to hamper the team's second bowling. However, they narrowly lost the first T20 chase.
