Yoga practitioner Anshuka Parwani, who has worked with Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Rahul Preet Singh, Ananya Pandey and many more celebrities, posted a photo of her session with Kareena Kapoor. The image shows Kareena doing yoga backbend, also known as Wheel Pose or Urdva Dhanurasana. Anshuka captioned the post, “Backbends with Paybo @karinekapurkhan [heart emoji] Bebo, your discipline, your yoga journey, the way you gracefully slide into an asana – it's inspiring! Kareena nails the wheel pose by pressing her palms and feet down to lift her body — shoulders and hips — off the floor. Keeping the crown of the head close to the mat and elbows parallel, Kareena nails the pose. She practiced the pose at home wearing a turquoise blue sports bra and black and white high-waisted yoga pants.
