Cole Palmer is now level on 20 goals with Manchester City star Erling Haaland after scoring four times in Chelsea's 6-0 win over Everton on Monday.

„We're all fighting for it,” Watkins said after the match. „My eyes are on it. I want to score every game.”

The other chasing pack has a strong pedigree with 17 goals.

Three-time Golden Boot winner Mohamed Salah is still in contention to add a fourth prize, while Alexander Isak and Dominic Solange are both enjoying their best goalscoring seasons in the competition.

Isak and Palmer are the best for minutes per goal

The Newcastle United striker and Chelsea attacker currently have the best strike rate in the Premier League.

They have each averaged 104 minutes per goal, putting them at the top of the competition's statistics this season.

That puts them just ahead of the next best player, Holland, who averages 20 goals per 109 minutes.

Holland missed huge chances

Although the Man City striker holds joint-leadership at the top of the goalscoring charts, his advantage could be significantly greater had he not been wasteful.

Holland may have scored 20 times in the Premier League, but the Norwegian has spurned 30 big chances, 11 more than the next player, Solange.
