The Fixture difficulty ratings (FDR) was designed to help Fantasy Premier League Managers plan their squad selection and transfers.
FDR is based on a complex algorithm developed by FPL experts. Ahead of the start of the FPL later this summer, fantasy managers can start their planning for the new season with our PDF of all 380 fixtures rated by FDR.

Of all 20 teams, Arsenal have provided the toughest start to last season with three of their first five matches against them.
But Liverpool’s assets may be worth investing in, given they haven’t faced a side with an FDR rating higher than three in their opening eight fixtures.

However, the roles were reversed for Arsenal and Liverpool as they reflected on the final seven matches of the season.
From Gameweek 32, the Gunners face just one fifth-placed team in the FDR, playing four of their final seven matches at home.
Liverpool compete against Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Arsenal in three gameweeks over the same period.
