Edwardsville, Ill. – SIUE baseball scored four unanswered runs on Sunday, culminating in a 10-run inning.Th innings lead to a 6-5 victory over South Dakota State at Simmons Baseball Complex.
The Cougars snapped an eight-game losing streak to improve to 2-10 overall. South Dakota State is 6-6.
„A good win by our guys,” the SIUE head coach said Sean Lyons said. „They battled throughout. It's been a tough stretch and guys have been grinding.”
