The country-pop duo’s talented singers made their mark on the NBC singing competition during Tuesday night’s first results show of the season. Following the Top 12 contestants’ performances on Monday, viewers voted on three members of the Don + Shay team, including pop songbird Madison Curbelo.
The 22-year-old threw off her trainers during The Beatles’ „Yesterday” during Monday’s live performance.
„When I hear you sing, I really feel something. And I’m so glad the world can hear your voice now,” Shay Mooney told Curbelo. „Because it’s not just your voice coming out. It’s your soul; it’s your spirit. It’s really fun going out into the world.”
Team Dan + Shay are now leading the competition with the most singers on the Season 25 set.

Who Won Instant Save on 'The Voice’?
Team Dan + Shay’s Day Lewis earned instant saving votes and saved himself from elimination with a lively performance of Shenandoah’s „The Church on Cumberland Road.”
The 32-year-old scored four late ’80s country hits thanks to her soulful voice and concert-ready charisma.
„It was like a final show,” Don Smears told Lewis. „We’re so proud of you and how far you’ve come. I hear it in your voice, I see it in your eyes (and) I feel it in your soul. You want to be here. You deserve to be here.”
Who was eliminated from 'The Voice’ Top 12?
Despite giving knockout performances, Team Reba’s L. Rodgers (Elton John’s „Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me”), Team Chance’s Natage („Smooth Operator” Chad) and Team Legend’s Zoe Levert („Slow Burn” Kacey Musgraves) missed out on spots in the Season 25 semifinals.
