Stray Kids Get Sticky in 'Ghostbusters’ Inspired Video by JJM

The K-Pop group’s latest album, ATEIt recently topped the Billboard Top 200

Hot off theirs During last weekend’s Lollapalooza performance, Stray Kids dropped the music video for their song „JJAM.”

The stylish clip represents a romance Ghostbusters franchise, an unseen force tracks the band members through dark rooms as they investigate a supernatural sound. A great way to fight off demons, the group then breaks out their signature dance choreography.

„JJAM” is from Stray Kids’ latest album ATE, which arrived in July. The album quickly climbed the charts, becoming their fifth number one album on the Billboard 200. It made history during Jimin’s time. Muse Number two went. The feat marks the first time in chart history that two K-pop records have held those positions.

Although ATE doesn’t come out until July, the group has been planning their dominance with „Chk Chk Boom” for months. In January, the octet teased their year ahead, playing for a third world tour, a fourth „fan meeting” and revealing two albums. Teasing pop-up shows, new episodes of their YouTube series, and more, the group split the releases between „an album and a special album.”

Stray Kids took the stage at Lollapalooza over the weekend with a headlining set. Rolling Stone wrote of the performance, „As the fans literally roared in support, the K-pop group blasted their way through hard-rock renditions of their set, courtesy of a live band, next to pyrotechnics, lasers and fireworks. The drum-and-bass-inspired 'Domino’ ’ or the octet’s angular choreography was more striking than the funk-laced ‘Back Door.’ Their dance moves combined with punk jazzling gave them a cinematic bad-boy sheen.
