DALLAS — The Dallas Stars Tuesday night’s Game 3 of the Western Conference finals got off to a disastrous start, as the A’s 4-0 loss And a 3-0 series deficit Vegas Golden Knights.

Penn will be eligible for supplemental discipline from the NHL’s player defense department. George Barrows, the league’s director of player protection, attended the game.
