Starz has acquired US and Canadian rights to the British revenge thriller starring Fallout’s Ella Purnell.
The premium cable outlet will telecast sweet peas Later this year. The drama is based on CJ Scouse’s 2017 novel and Burnell plays a quiet young woman who develops a taste for murder. Burnell is also an executive producer.
Series from See-Saw Films, Fanboy and Sky Studios are also set to air on Sky Atlantic in the UK.

sweet peas Stars marks Burnell’s return to starring in the network’s drama Bittersweet. He went on to star in Showtimes Yellow jackets And fall on Amazon Prime Video.
Sweetbee’s description reads, “Rhiannon Lewis (Purnell) doesn’t make much of an impression – people pass her on the street without a second glance. She’s constantly being overlooked for a promotion at work, the guy she likes won’t work, and her dad is really sick. Then everything in her life turns upside down.
