„At the age of 40, John died too soon, just before his planned retirement. We wish his family and friends strength during this difficult time,” the wrestling organization added in its tribute.
Other notable promotions he wrestled for include Progress, Evolve, and ICW.
Klinger’s last game was on May 11 against Flash Morgan Webster.
Webster paid tribute to a fellow wrestler to talk about his retirement plans. „I wrestled him just 9 days ago. I was talking to him in Poland after the match about how he’s going to retire in September and he’s happy with what he’s accomplished and happy to walk away on his own terms. That’s how life is. Cruel John,” X -tweeted the NXT UK star.
