Princess Beatrice flew to the 2024 Cannes Lions festival via popular UK low-cost airline easyJet, an eyewitness tells Page Six.
The 35-year-old daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson arrived from London Luton Airport – the smaller, less flashy counterpart to the city’s famous Heathrow Airport – and carried her own luggage as she headed to the south of France, the spy added.
The granddaughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II — who works full-time as vice president of partnerships and strategy at software brand Affinity — came to Cannes to take part in the „Emotional Intelligence in the AI Age” panel at Spotify Beach. Chief Public Affairs Officer, Dusty Jenkins.
During the conversation, Beatrice shared how her struggles with dyslexia played a role in her desire to pursue a career in technology.
„Technology in general, really gave me a place to be myself… You know, I got dyslexia, [so] I’ve always been fascinated by how things work and that’s how my brain worked,” he explained. „I was a very visual learner.”
Beatrice added, “It doesn’t matter where you come from or what you do. If you can deliver… that’s the most exciting thing about technology for me.
Jenkins – who the princess called her a „hero” – was grateful to see her „dear friend” in action, relishing the latter’s new role as an advisor to her team at Spotify.

Elsewhere, Beatrice is excited about the opportunity to have her voice heard at the Cannes Lions, which houses powerhouses in marketing, advertising, media and many other industries.
„The moment of one-on-one presence is amazing to watch, and we’re reminded that some of these most important conversations need to happen with human-to-human interactions,” he told panel participants.
„They have to happen in a place like this, where you can raise your consciousness to make sure you’re ready to take it on. So I’m very grateful to be here.
