Toss UP Warriors He chose to bowl against Royal Challengers Bangalore
The Warriors completed their WPL debuts for Karnataka batsman Vrinda Dinesh and pacer Saima Thakur. Lexpin all-rounder Poonam Kemnar, who played for RCB last season, also made his debut for the Healy-led team. Apart from Healy, the Warriors have selected Tahlia McGrath, Grace Harris and Sophie Ecclestone as their overseas players.
RCB selected Sophie Devine, Ellis Perry, Sophie Molyneux and Georgia Wareham as their four overseas players. Smriti Mandhana, the captain, said that „somewhere around 175-plus” would be a decent score to bat first.
The match will be played on the same strip as the opening match where Mumbai Indians defeated Delhi Capitals in the last ball.
Having started the season with five defeats, RCB will be hoping for a better start, especially at home.
