Janic Sinner produced a stunning performance to beat defending champion Daniil Medvedev to reach the Miami Open final.
It was a rematch of the Australian Open final in which Medvedev led in two sets before Sinner won his first Grand Slam title.
It wasn't that close as Sinner cruised to a 6-1 6-2 victory in 69 minutes to reverse the result of last year's final.
He lost his only match of the season so far to Italian Carlos Algaras in the semifinals at Indian Wells two weeks ago, but dominated once again in Florida.
Serena Williams was in the crowd and some fans at Hard Rock Stadium jeered Medvedev after two bad mistakes late in the second set, leaving the Russian completely outclassed by her opponent.
Sinner, who overtook Algaraz to become world number two by winning the title, told Sky Sports: “I felt good on court today. I served very well, especially in important moments.
“I handled the situation well at the start of each set. He's had some break opportunities and if he makes them, it's already different. I am very happy. I think Daniel didn't play well today, he missed some shots that he doesn't usually miss, but I took the opportunity and I'm very happy to be in the final.
