Seven-time Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton’s new contract with Mercedes is yet to be signed but has been „emotionally” done, team boss Toto Wolff said.
The Mercedes boss was speaking after the 38-year-old Briton lapped the fastest lap in final practice for Sunday’s Hungarian Grand Prix — Hamilton’s record eight times.
“The position is that we have not signed [the contract] But emotionally we’ve done it,” Wolff told Sky Sports.
