The Lafayette 148 Merino collection has undergone five levels of testing to achieve Woolmark certification. Each piece bearing the Woolmark logo is provided with a reliable mark of quality. Pure new wool contains 100 percent new wool, and wool-enriched blends contain 50 percent or more new wool.
Merino wool from Merino sheep provides the finest and softest wool in the world. One hundred percent natural, renewable and biodegradable, Australian merino wool is known for its next-to-skin softness, strength, versatility and technical benefits, being naturally breathable, thermo-regulating (warm and cold), elastic and water-, stain-, wrinkle- and odor-resistant. -Resistance.
According to the brand, Lafayette 148’s merino collection features luxuriously soft super-fine merino wool with sharp stitching, reversible outerwear and high-rise knitwear. It is a favorite fiber for the home due to its light hand, elasticity and natural breathability for seasonal versatility.

Woolmark, a not-for-profit organisation, is supported by 60,000 Australian woolgrowers.
