Economic Survey comprising Volume I, Volume II and Statistical Appendix is published annually by the Economic Division of the Department of Economic Affairs under the Ministry of Finance. It provides a comprehensive review of the performance of the Indian economy in the previous financial year, ahead of the Union Budget presentation.
