Former two-time world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is expected to take part in the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois fight on September 21.

Fury lost his WBC title to Oleksandr Usyk in a four-belt undisputed unification in May. But with Fury and Usyk set to rematch in December, the Ukrainian was forced to vacate his IBF championship.

Dubois, formerly of the IBF interim roster, was promoted to full body champion and now fights Joshua at Wembley Stadium. Sky Sports Box Office.

Fury told Furocity that his world title bout against Oleksandr Usyk was 'pretty easy’ despite suffering his first professional defeat.

Although Fury has a long-standing rivalry with Joshua, he may have backed Dubois in the September 21 fight.

said Fury’s manager Spencer Brown Sky Sports: “I think he’s a good friend of Daniel DuBois, and obviously he’s into it [same] advertising agency. But I think Tyson wants to see a good fight. Who will he get back? Maybe Daniel DuBois.”

The winner of Joshua vs Dubois would certainly make for a very impressive all-British clash with Fury.

Breaking his silence for the first time since his loss to Usyk, Fury said he was ready to regain his title.

But the 35-year-old Fury won’t be plotting a way to fight the AJ-Dubois winner. His focus is on the Usyk rematch.

„I think we have to get this out. If he doesn’t win the next fight there’s no fight. So he has to beat Usyk,” Brown said.

He believes Fury can make the necessary changes to defeat Usyk in the second fight.

Former WBA world champion George Groves says Fury’s showboating did not play a role in his loss to Usyk

„There will be changes not in management or his team, there will be some other things he will look at coaching-wise,” Brown added.

„Because of the closeness of the fight, it could have gone either way. Some will say three rounds before Usyk, some won’t, your opinion of boxing – that’s why we like it.

„But Tyson Fury will be back. He’ll be firing and we’ll see a new, better, improved Tyson Fury.

„I don’t know how much progress you can make at his age, but there was very little in the fight between them, so let’s back our British boy, I’m sure he’ll win, and then we’re going to talk. The next step.”

Listen to Fury’s corner during his loss against Usyk and decide if there are many voices offering advice to the former heavyweight champion.
