- Full name of the photographer (as he owns the copyright)
- Ensuring that the copyright holder gives permission for the BBC to use their images in all its publications
- Place, date and time the pictures were taken
- Your phone number so we can contact you with any further questions
- Any other details about the images would be useful for us to know
