Roman Paz and Manure Russo-Mendoza are the new training duo for the French men's national team.

After the 2024 Men's World Floorball Championship qualifiers in Latvia, a new cycle begins in the French Men's National Team. Former Estonian national team captain Roman Bass is the team's new head coach and former French captain Manaure Rousseau-Mendoza has been appointed as the new assistant coach.

Roman Bass is well known from the Estonian national team. Bass captained the team for eight years and played in 11 World Floorball Championships, most recently WFC 2022 in Zurich, Switzerland. He is also the most capped player for the Estonian national team. In addition to his long career with the Estonian national team, Bass has also played for club teams in Finland, Sweden and Switzerland, where he successfully coached UniHockey Midland and UniHockey Basel Reggio.

Manaure Russo-Mendoza has captained France for 12 years and announced his retirement from the national team after qualifying for the World Floorball Championship in Liepaja, Latvia. Russo-Mendoza is the player with the most international experience in the national team, having participated in 10 WFC qualifying events.

Kevin Perrin will continue as team manager and Corentin Meisterlin as physiotherapist, both of whom have already been with the national team for several months.
