Charlotte Crosby decided to jump on the ice bath wellness trend when she tried her first cold shower on Tuesday.

The Geordie Shore star, 33, struggled to stay calm and collected as she stepped into an ice bath in the pouring Manchester rain and immediately started screaming.

Charlotte convinced her friend Adam Frisby, founder of online clothing company In The Style, to try her ice bath.

Climbing into the tank, both feet at the same time, Nakshatra began panting uncontrollably as she struggled to catch her breath.

The reality star then admitted as she started screaming and yelling: 'Weeee is coming out!'

Captioning the video 'How not to take your first ice bath with Charlotte Crosby', Adam then tried to convince his friend to take his shoulders under the freezing water.

But Charlotte protested: 'No it's as much as I can do. This is my body's true response.'

Asked how she enjoyed her first time, Charlotte responded through a shudder: 'It's great,' she nodded reluctantly.

Taking to her Instagram Story after the shower, Charlotte joked: 'I was really thinking, I see all these people taking ice baths, they're so sexy, they're so beautiful.

'That has not been my experience.'

Defending her reaction, the star also wrote: 'Listen, I may have been like Vicky Pollard, but I did 4 minutes of this snowy hell! I think that's great!'

Fans went wild as they took to the comment section to share their support with Charlotte.

Breaking her silence, Charlotte accused her friends of talking 'behind my back'.

'I know many of you are already fully aware of the roller coaster of emotions we've been through as a family that year, so I'm a little upset that I have to bring this up in an attempt to defend myself.'

Charlotte admitted she was still 'hurt' and tried to 'move on' after the feud.

She said: 'Hopefully I'll be really strong when the show airs and I've tried to brush it off like I'm not worried but I'm injured and I can't shake it.
