Ice Spice have announced their debut full-length album 'Y2K' and confirmed it will be released in 2024.
Today (January 31) NBC Morning news show Today Ice released a segment of Spice's appearance on the show in which he confirmed to Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager that he will be releasing an album this year. „I'm really excited,” she said. „It's called 'Y2K,' and it's going to be—it's almost over, so I'm really excited.”

Later in the clip, he confirms that he was „locked in” for a „crazy collaboration” record two days ago, though he refuses to reveal who he worked with.
The announcement comes just two days after the rapper released his first single of 2024, 'Think You The Shit (Fart)', which serves as a full version of the viral TikTok sound, including the now iconic lyrics: „Pichu, do you think you are ugly? / You're not even a slut”. Earlier this month, the rapper twerked and danced with a crowd in front of a 24-hour store while filming the video for the track in South Beach, Florida.
'Y2K' follows the Bronx rapper's January 2023 EP, 'Like..?', which included 'Munch (Feelin' U)' and 'In Ha Mood'. NME The release was awarded four stars, with Thomas Smith praising Ice Spice's deft bowling and equal confidence.
