Mikel Arteta has announced an initial 26-man squad to travel to America for our pre-season tour.
A mix of seasoned pros and young talent will represent the States in our matches against Bournemouth, Manchester United and Liverpool.
Euro 2024 stars Leandro Trossard, Jorginho, Jakub Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko are available for the trip, along with Ben White, Gabriel Jesus and Jurien Timber.
Fellow first-teamers Emily Smith Rowe, Eddie Ngedia, Fabio Vieira and Reiss Nelson also travel, while Karl Heine is joined in goalkeeping by newcomers Tommy Sedford and Lucas Nygaard, as well as youngster Alexi Rojas.
Due to their progress at the Copa America and the Euros, Gabriel Magalhas, Gabriel Martinelli and Guy Howards will join the squad from July 25.
Meanwhile, players involved in the latter stages of Euro 2024 – Declan Rice, Aaron Ramsdale, Bugayo Saka, David Raya and William Saliba – will join their team-mates when we return from America.
Kieran Tierney (hamstring) and Takehiro Tomiyasu (knee) will remain in London to receive treatment from our medical staff at the Soba Realty training centre.
We kick off against Bournemouth at LA Galaxy’s Dignity Health Sports Park on Wednesday, July 24 (7.30pm local time) before taking on Manchester United at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles next Saturday (5pm local time).
The party goes from coast to coast before returning to England on Wednesday, August 1 (7.30pm local) when they travel to Philadelphia for a meeting with Liverpool at Lincoln Financial Field.
